Discoveries in Psychological Science Colloquium Series
Attend talks and participate in discussions at the cutting-edge of psychology and related fields. This series emphasizes our commitment to the integration of research, teaching and inclusive excellence, and speakers are asked to speak to the intersections of these topics. We invite DU, local and world-renowned researchers to present their scholarship. Talks in this series are open to all DU students, faculty, staff and community members.

Our labs are committed to being at the forefront of psychology research and welcome our students and community to take part in our studies. Undergraduate students taking psychology courses can sign up for studies using Sona Systems. Community members interested in taking part in research studies can contact any one of our labs to inquire about our ongoing opportunities.
Faculty in our Department of Psychology specialize in numerous areas of study, including the interaction between social relations and biological processes, genetic and environmental contributors to learning disabilities, and the consequences of trauma and violence exposure in both youth and adults. They are devoted to the integration of research, teaching and inclusive excellence.
