Participate in Research

We invite families and children to participate in our research and help us better understand the factors that influence children’s health and development. If you would like more information about having your child participate in research, contact us with your questions. If you’re already a part of one of our research studies, read on for information about our lab location and parking.

Location

The Child Health and Development (CHaD) Lab is located on the University of Denver Campus in Frontier Hall, room 159. Frontier Hall is on S. High Street, just south of Evans Avenue, as you'll see on this campus map.

Parking for Frontier Hall is located in Lot 306, which you'll find on this parking map.

Visitor parking for Frontier Hall is on the left side (North) as you enter the parking lot. Look for maroon and white signs, labeled “Reserved Parking Psychology Lab Subjects Only”. You will need a parking pass. If one was mailed to you, don't forget to leave it on your dashboard. Otherwise, someone should be there to greet you and give you a parking pass.

From North of Denver

If you are coming from the north, take I-25 south and exit south onto University. Turn right (south) on University until you reach Evans. Turn right (west) on Evans, and then turn left (south) on High Street. At the first stop sign (Warren on right and parking lot on left) turn left (east) into the parking lot entrance.
From Northeast of Denver

If you are coming from the northeast, you can either take University, Colorado Blvd, or Monaco south until you get to Evans. Turn right (west) on Evans and then turn left (south) on High Street. At the first stop sign (Warren on right and parking lot on left) turn left (east) into the parking lot entrance.
From Northwest of Denver

If you are coming from the northwest, you can either take Sheridan, Federal, or Broadway south until you get to Evans. Turn left (east) on Evans and then turn right (south) on High Street. At the first stop sign (Warren on right and parking lot on left) turn left (east) into the parking lot entrance.
From South of Denver

If you are coming from the south, take I-25 north, and exit south onto University. Turn left (south) on University until you reach Evans. Turn right (west) on Evans and then turn left (south) on High Street. At the first stop sign (Warren on right and parking lot on left) turn left (east) into the parking lot entrance.
From Southeast of Denver

If you are coming from the southeast, you can either take, University, Colorado Blvd, or Monaco north until you get to Evans. Turn left (west) on Evans and then turn left (south) on High Street. From Southwest of Denver
