Professional Biography
I studied Economics in Kiel (Germany), Stockholm (Sweden), Madrid (Spain), and received my postgraduate degree (Dr. rer. pol.) at the University of Bremen, in Bremen (Germany). The more I focused on questions that, I believe, require a systemic perspective for comprehensive answers, the more my interest in critical approaches to economic analyses increased. Currently, I am working on analyses involving the relation of institutions and technology, or, social and physical problem-solving tools, and complexity economics and the application of complex systems concepts in economic analyses.
