Whether you're considering a career in law or looking to pursue other paths, we're here to advise and support you at DU.
If you'd like to discuss anything about the socio-legal studies program or if you have questions for an academic advisor, email our director, Randy Wagner, to set up an advising appointment and begin exploring your future. If you're deciding whether to attend law school or want to begin applying to law schools, contact Rita O'Connell, our pre-law advisor in Career & Professional Development. Learn about how pre-law advising and our degree can launch you into a law career.
We encourage you to explore the DU pre-law resources on the Career & Professional Development website, which includes pre-law information, LSAT preparation resources, law school application tips and more. You can also add yourself to the pre-law interest list. After you've indicated your interest, you'll receive pre-law announcements and information about law schools, law school prep and pre-law internship opportunities. You can also always make an appointment with your advisor through PCO.
Go to the graduate admission application to submit your information. For information on admission requirements, visit the graduate academic programs page and locate your program of interest.
