Professional Biography
Prior to DU I was the founding director of the Clyfford Still Museum in Denver (2005-2020). I was also director/chief curator at the Aspen Art Museum (2000-2005). I began my museum career at the Milwaukee Art Museum (1987-2000), working primarily in the area of modern and contemporary art, eventually obtaining the rank of chief curator.
