Margaret Shaheen joined the Publishing Institute in 2015 after overseeing retail operations for the Tattered Cover's four locations and airport stores. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in american studies with a journalism, ethics and democracy concentration from the University of Notre Dame and is a graduate of the Publishing Institute.
