Sara Sachs

Sara Sachs is an award-winning stage manager, designer, educator, and live events technician based in Colorado. She has worked with over fifty local, regional, and national companies, including Evan Bernardin Productions, Creative Endeavor Office, the Denver Center Theater Company, Opera Colorado, Phamaly, Little Theater of the Rockies, the Athena Project, Sis Tryst Productions, Parker Arts, Sasquatch Productions, and more. She is currently the Production Manager for DU's Lamont School of Music, as well as the Technical Director for Cherry Creek School District's Overland High School in Aurora. 

Recent design and management credits include: The Little Prince, L'Enfant et les sortilèges (Lamont Opera Theatre); Little Shop of Horrors (Sasquatch Productions/Parker Arts); Newsies, Monty Python's Spamalot (Inspire Theatre Co./Parker Arts); Reunion '69, Reunion '85 (Creative Endeavor Office/Evan Bernardin Productions); As One (Opera Colorado); Urinetown, Sister Act, Chicago, She Kills Monsters, Julius Caesar (Overland HS); Heisenberg, Gidion's Knot (Sis Tryst Productions); A Raisin in the Sun, Aida (Little Theatre of the Rockies). 

Sara graduated Cum Laude from the University of Denver in 2016, where she double majored in Theatre and Italian with a minor in History. She received a departmental distinction in stage management.
