American hornist David Byrd-Marrow is the solo horn of the International Contemporary Ensemble, a new music collective that performs internationally and serves as ensemble-in-residence at Lincoln Center's Mostly Mozart Festival. Critics have applauded that Taiwanese-American pianist Stephanie Shih-yu Cheng plays “eloquently and elegantly…(with) passion and introspection…sensitivity and a finely honed sense of style.”

On this faculty recital, Byrd-Marrow and Cheng will also be joined by:

Lauren Robinson, horn
Igor Pikayzen, violin
Basil Vendryes, viola
Matthew Zalkind, cello
Jeremy Reynolds, clarinet
