Location: Sturm Hall, CAHSS Student Lounge, room 201

Take a breathing pause with CAHSS during twice-weekly mindfulness sessions led by Michelle Jestice, certified yoga instructor. Occurring every Monday and Thursday from 1-1:30 p.m. during the winter quarter, sessions will include guided meditation and breath work. All DU students, faculty and staff are welcome, and participants are invited to stay after the session for tea, snacks, journaling and conversation.

Funding provided by the 4D Infusion Grant and organized by the College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences.
