Graduate Admission
Dual-Degree MA Application Info
You can earn an MA in philosophy only in conjunction with another graduate degree program at the University of Denver. We typically see religious studies as a complementary master's degree; however, you may also apply to another pre-approved discipline within the University in conjunction with our MA program.
You must already be enrolled in this other program before applying to our master's program in philosophy.

You can earn a doctorate in the study of religion by participating in the University of Denver-Iliff School of Theology joint PhD program.
To be eligible, you need to have completed a master's degree and submit an application to the doctoral program. If you intend to apply to the joint PhD program, you must work with the department's graduate advisor as soon as possible to plan coursework.
