The Center for World Languages and Cultures (CWLC)’s micro-credential programs allow learners to connect their language learning to other areas of expertise and/or their professional fields. In these courses, students will complete tasks related to a given professional domain and discuss situations relevant to their field of study or their professional setting.
A micro-credential is a small class, workshop or program that students can enroll in to gain relevant skills needed for today's workforce. Learners have the opportunity to earn a DU Credly badge upon completion of these courses. A digital badge is a visual representation of having earned a micro-credential and can be shared online to showcase the earner's achievement.
