Remy Le Boeuf Wins Grammy Award
Remy Le Boeuf, Chair of Jazz & Commercial Music at Lamont, has won the 2026 Grammy Award for Best Instrumental Composition for his work "First Snow" with the Nordkraft Big Band, featuring vocalist Danielle Wertz. -

Brian Pertl Named New Director of the DU Lamont School of Music
A distinguished academic leader, ethnomusicologist, and didjeridu player, Pertl brings a wealth of experience to the Lamont community. He joins DU after serving for 17 years as the Dean of the Lawrence Conservatory of Music. -

Lamont alum Chris Glassman (BM ’17) went from band kid in Littleton to an international touring artist and now inspires the next generation of musicians at Interlochen. “My biggest goal is to have the greatest impact possible on the next generation of musicians,” he says.
