Submission Guidelines
Print ad artwork is due two weeks prior to the selected concert date.
Digital ads are due on the 25th of the month prior to the newsletter’s distribution. For example, an ad in the October newsletter is due on September 25.
Please send high-quality PDFs for print ads, and PNG files for digital ads.
All ads are available in full color or black and white (no price difference).
Notes & Disclaimers
Pricing is per concert, with the exception of the opera, which includes two performances in the fall and four performances in the spring.
Opera ads will appear in the programs for all performances.
Placement and positioning of advertisements is at the discretion of the Lamont School of Music.
