  • Submission Guidelines
    • Print ad artwork is due two weeks prior to the selected concert date.

    • Digital ads are due on the 25th of the month prior to the newsletter’s distribution. For example, an ad in the October newsletter is due on September 25.

    • Please send high-quality PDFs for print ads, and PNG files for digital ads.

    • All ads are available in full color or black and white (no price difference).

     

    Notes & Disclaimers

    • Pricing is per concert, with the exception of the opera, which includes two performances in the fall and four performances in the spring.

    • Opera ads will appear in the programs for all performances.

    • Placement and positioning of advertisements is at the discretion of the Lamont School of Music.
