Musical director of the Broadway hit The Book of Mormon and local favorite Susan Draus is bringing Reunion '69 and Reunion '85 to the Newman Center for the Performing Arts, August 2–26. In addition to working with over 20 current DU students and faculty, Reunion features the work of five AHSS alumni: Set & Lighting Designer Anshuman Bhatia (BA '09, theatre, political science minor); Production Stage Manager Sara Sachs (BA '16, theatre and Italian, history minor); Vocalist Aubrie Hamrick (BM '08, performance); Dramaturg Katie Walker (BA '17, theatre and English); and Lighting Assistant and Programmer Evan Mues (BA '17, theatre, French minor).

This concert experience is the party of a lifetime...except it's not your life: step into someone else's shoes as the Reunion Committee hands you a name tag and a new identity. Discover who you were and who you've become as you meet and interact with your "classmates," or just saddle up to the bar, enjoy the chart-topping hits of the era, and watch the party unfold. Each show features over 40 songs from the iconic musical artists, performed by a five-piece band and four incredible vocalists.

You can join in on the fun—and see our students and alumni in action.
