Community
The College of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences aims to be a model of intentional community. We're fostering collaboration within the College and beyond to strengthen our connectedness.
Our Approach
To uphold a learning environment committed to excellence, innovation, engagement, integrity and inclusiveness...
- We hire and retain talented faculty and staff committed to the public good.
- We support that commitment by providing opportunities and resources for faculty and staff to explore and develop new ideas and skills that contribute to both students and our greater community.
- We provide our internal and external communities with opportunities to explore the creative and liberal arts, and to use that exploration to enrich their lives.
It all comes together to build an enduring culture of openness and connection that allows students, faculty and staff of all backgrounds to flourish personally and make a meaningful contribution.
