Many DU family members are active participants in DU Art, a volunteer organization that has supported the School of Art & Art History since 1993. Your help allows us to offer scholarships, travel grants and specialized equipment to current students.

The Vicki Myhren Gallery is proud to present regular exhibitions of artwork created by faculty members. Recent work has included Fieldworks, a candid look at the artistic process focused on research and revision, as well as Bound by Thread, an exhibition of handmade quilts that instill new life into old fabrics.
Emergent digital practices alumnus Travis Powell (BFA '17), one of the resident artists at the Museum of Outdoor Arts, helped design and build the Synthetic Nature gallery at the Natura Obscura exhibit in Denver.
