Your donations help us to advance cultural understanding through interdisciplinary studies in Jewish languages, philosophy, religion, history, literature, film and music on campus and across Colorado. The Rocky Mountain Jewish Historical Society brings the diversity of the Jewish experience in Colorado and the Mountain West to life through public history programs. The Holocaust Awareness Institute provides critical education, resources, and programming for students, teachers, and the community on the history and memory of the Holocaust.

The Center for Judaic Studies Fund supports research, programming and education across the Judaic Studies curriculum.

The Paul and Caz Eldridge Fund for Judaic Studies and Cultural Diversity, supporting cultural diversity, interreligious bridge building, and racial healing.

The Israel Cultures Initiative promotes research, study and education around Israeli cultures, histories and identities.

The Dr. Helen Morris Endowment for Jewish Life and Culture supports the development of new courses with Jewish Studies content across the curriculum.

The Vinnik Evening of Jewish Culture features a filmmaker and film presented in partnership with the Denver Film Festival.

Holocaust Awareness Institute

Donations to the Holocaust Awareness Institute support educational programming and initiatives to promote understanding and explore the meaning of the Shoah and its lessons for future generations.

The Holocaust Awareness Institute Fund supports programming and educational initiatives including our Survival & Witness platform. Survival & Witness is the premiere resource supporting the State of Colorado's mandate for Holocaust education in public schools.

The Endowed Chair of Holocaust and Antisemitism Studies will establish the first and only permanent professorship linking historical and contemporary antisemitism and the Holocaust. This endowment campaign builds on the foundation of the three-year Emil & Eva Hecth Visiting Professorship in Holocaust and Antisemitism Studies.

The Fred & Audrey Friedman Marcus Holocaust Lecture invites scholars, authors and filmmakers to present new scholarship and perspectives on the Holocaust.

Rocky Mountain Jewish Historical Society

Donations to the Rocky Mountain Jewish Historical Society support programming that highlights the rich history of the Jewish experience in the United States and the American West, in particular.

The Rocky Mountain Jewish Historical Society and Beck Archive Fund supports research and public history projects including the new Digital Encyclopedia of Colorado Jewish Communities, and programs such as the annual RMJHS Heritage Awards, recognizing exceptional achievement by members of the Colorado Jewish community.

The Endowed Directorship of the Rocky Mountain Jewish Historical Society, ensuring the continuation of RMJHS’ efforts to preserve and publicize the vibrant history of the Jewish experience in America and specifically the Rocky Mountain region.
