Taught by adjunct professor and former reporter for the Denver Post, Fred Brown, alongside department Chair Dr. Lynn Schofield Clark, Media Ethics is offered for seniors in the Media, Film & Journalism Studies department every winter quarter. This year the course has been moved online, giving us the unique opportunity to bring in alumni and friends from across the United States to expand the conversation. Join us each Wednesday through Winter Quarter for this special chance to dive into this relevant topic.
This Fall the Department of Media, Film and Journalism Studies welcomed a record 26 new graduate students into our two graduate programs, the M.A. in Media and Public Communication and the M.A. in International and Intercultural Communication. We also welcomed 41 new undergraduate students into our four majors (Journalism Studies, Film Studies and Production, Strategic Communication and Media Studies) and 11 into the brand-new Minor in Media, Film and Journalism Studies that launched in September 2020.
