It's been over a year since issues of free speech were brought to the forefront at DU. Since the incident, the University has employed various tactics to reiterate its support for open dialogue during a time when free speech has unfortunately become synonymous with hateful or racist speech.

The Daniels College of Business is one of several colleges on DU's campus that has a diversity statement included on their main website, but the only one with a page totally dedicated to the topic.
